SNAP-POLL has a licence to connect with you as you have opted in to receive 3rd Party marketing and promotional communications. If you chose not to participate in SNAP-POLL’s we respect your time and strongly advise you to request your Personal Data be removed by contacting our Privacy Officer at hello@digital-remedy.com.au. We value your time and attention and are not here to be a distraction for anyone, we are here to build a Community.
With regards to the permission to use the data as supplied and given access to by the owner, it is understood the Publisher gathered permission to send communications to the members. This permission, and the ability to share the data, was gathered in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles as per the Privacy Act of 1988 and the SPAM act of 2003. The members of this database were also advised that their data may be shared under a licensing agreement with other organisations. Digital Remedy is relying on this status as a licensee of the data and is communicating with members of the database on the basis that permission to communicate can be granted by the Publisher/Database owener to Digital Remedy.
As permitted pursuant to this Privacy Policy or as otherwise authorised by you. We will use your personal information to send POLLS and other Marketing or Promotional Communications.
We may disclose the Personal Data we collect about you as described below:
as otherwise permitted pursuant to this policy, or,
if we are required to disclose Personal Data about you by law or legal process, or,

We may allow a client of Digital Remedy Group Pty Ltd (DRG) to collect Personal Data directly from you. You are free to provide them with your Personal Data. In these situations, we recommend that you make yourself aware of their Privacy Policy and use of your Personal Data.
You can opt-out from Third Party Data collection.
You can opt-out from Third Party preference data collection, for Online Behavioural Advertising, using any one of the following methods by:
· The opt-out tool and cookie management via the browsers is specific to each computer and each version and each type of browser. If an opt-out cookie is deleted from the browser’s cookie files or if a different computer, browser version and/or browser type is used, the user will need to repeat the opt-out process.

Rights and choices
You have the right to:

· Request your POLL responses be deleted (even if the POLL is a “complete”).
· Request access to and receive information about the Personal Data we collect about you.
· Withdraw any consent you previously provided regarding the processing of your Personal Data, at any time and free of charge.
You can stop all collection of Personal Data and other information by us by terminating your participation in our program. You may use the standard unsubscribe processes available on any email you receive from us.

Data Security and Data Retention
We maintain appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to protect your Personal Data against accidental or unlawful loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. Our Data Security Management System (DSMS) is in line with standard business standards. We review, monitor, and evaluate our privacy practices and DSMS on a regular basis. Despite these measures and our use of SSL encrypted connections, transmissions over the Internet or a mobile network will never be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the security of online transmissions, nor do we accept responsibility for any errors by individuals in submitting Personal Data to us. Your Personal Data is encrypted at rest and stored on servers located in Australia and the USA at undisclosed locations. As required by law, all information will be removed from our systems within 30 days of receiving a request to do so. All requests for information about Personal Data will be actioned within 30 days of receiving an information request. Unsubscribes form email campaigns will take immediate effect.
If we believe that we have suffered a data breach, we will notify the affected individuals and government bodies as required by law.
Individuals Under the Age of 18 years
Our services are not designed for or intended for use by any individual under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18, and if we became aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a person under the age of 18, we would undertake reasonable commercial efforts to delete such Personal Data.

This Privacy Statement will be updated regularly to reflect changes in our Personal Data practices. We will indicate at the top of this policy notice the date of the most recent update.

This Anti-Spoof & Phishing Policy details domains controlled and operated by our organisation and the policies that have been applied to each domain.
