SNAP-POLL: 'The Voice' Referendum Pulse Check

On September 22, we launched a special edition SNAP-POLL to tap into the real, unfiltered sentiments of everyday Australians on one of the most pivotal conversations of our time, The Voice to Parliament Referendum.

This two-week campaign wasn’t just another survey, it was a listening project. We split our poll responses by gender, age, and political affiliation to better understand how different Australians were feeling. We didn’t ask people to tick a box and move on, we asked them to “Spill The Beans”. And they did, honestly, openly, sometimes emotionally.

Through a carefully crafted mix of multiple choice and open-ended questions, we explored themes of unity, division, care, indifference, fairness, and hope. From statements like “The Voice gives unfair advantage…” to “We should all care,” this campaign revealed the real temperature of our nation, far beyond political headlines and media commentary.

What we captured was genuine insight: nuanced thoughts, raw emotion, and the kinds of truths you can’t quantify in numbers alone.
